Position Summary
We're seeking an innovative and experienced leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate is creative, service-oriented, and self-sufficient, with a proven track record of success in recruiting hard-to-fill positions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract, recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact, cost-effective talent acquisition processes
- Build scalable processes and strategically partner with business leaders
- Create a competitive advantage by anticipating talent needs and industry changes
- Enhance our employer brand and increase visibility of career opportunities
- Improve the candidate experience and overall hiring process
- Foster a talent advisor mindset with internal customers and teams
- Implement and manage technology-based strategies to attract top candidates
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to create a stellar onboarding process
- Drive improvements in quality of hire, time to fill, and team productivity
- Implement and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coach and support hiring managers in candidate selection
- Recruit passive candidates using various tools and strategies
- Maintain recruiting metrics and leverage data for actionable intelligence
- Participate in external recruiting activities and events
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Assist with compensation research and salary data compilation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience creating and managing talent acquisition programs at scale
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking ability combined with strong execution skills
- Experience with growing companies and multiple geographic locations preferred
